We have two principles in the company who make joint decisions on all investments.  Between them they have over 50 years of manufacturing and technology experience.  They have created and managed companies over $200M in revenue. 

We have both successfully created, purchased, managed, and sold businesses.  We are now using our capital and expertise to help other entrepeneurs succeed.  We  provide the money and advise necessary to help your company grow and prosper.

We prefer deals providing us some equity in the company allowing us to share in the results of your growth.  We are typically considered "Angel Investors" and would invest in companies after they have exhausted the ability of Friends and Family financing and before they have reached the size to attract Venture Capital Investors.
